Conformance Target
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA is what cmmcalibrationcincinnati.com is built to conform with. This site treats accessibility as part of its overall quality.
The practical commitments behind that are text meeting contrast requirements, headings in a logical order, form fields carrying visible labels and clear error messages, images carrying text alternatives, and pages operable with a keyboard alone. A conformance review follows whenever pages change.
Limitations in Third-Party Content
Known gaps exist, mostly where third-party material is involved. Certificates and scope documents supplied as PDFs by third parties may not carry tags for screen readers, and older uploaded files may be missing text alternatives.
Reporting a Barrier
Report anything on this site that cannot be used through the contact page. It also lists the contact details for the desk that handles reports, and an acknowledgement follows within three (3) business days.
Alternative formats are supplied while the underlying page is corrected — plain email, large print, or read over the telephone — so that no request is held up by the barrier itself.
