Inspection Routines Built to the Print
Programs are written or revised against the customer's print and GD&T callouts, checking each feature in the order the part is actually built and measured. Datum structure, tolerance zones and feature callouts are read from the drawing before a single point is taken on the machine.
Existing routines can be updated after a model revision, a fixture change, or a software migration without rewriting the full program from scratch. Collision checks and probe access are verified on a dry run before a revised routine is handed back for production use.
