How Requests Are Handled

Submit the make, model and serial number of each instrument along with its current location. Note any known fault, error code or axis behavior for repair requests. Pickup and on-site service are scheduled only after a written quotation is returned and accepted. Do not ship equipment ahead of a confirmed quotation. Packing recommendations are provided once the scope of work is set.

General questions are answered by return. Requests that need a price go to the quotation desk and are answered in writing. The request a quote page lists what to include — send that much and the first reply is the quotation itself.

What to Include

Form submissions land with the desk that handles requests. Because the specifics arrive with the message, a written request moves faster than a call. If the query relates to work already in progress, include the reference number.

Have an item to price?
